Week 11

Week 10

This was a very useful learning experience. The lab was not too difficult to complete on my own.

Vector Lab II

1) I used the intersect tool to accomplish this. I did not see any noticeable differences.

2) I used the erase tool because you wanted to discard the conservation areas as possible sites.

3) 79 features

largest: 7,765,034 sq meters

smallest: 748 square meters

Week 6

RMS error for the first map was 4.45. The second was 5.10 second order polynomial.

Week 5

Haiti Damage Map

This is a high-resolution map that does a good job at showing the general topography, the urban area, and where the damage is concentrated.

Week 4

This has been a very helpful lab for me as I have always had problems understanding projections!

Week 3

No major problems with this lab. I finally learned how to do an inset map, the right way! I had always created manual graphics before. This is much easier.

Week 2

This was a pretty straight forward lab. I didn't encounter any problems this week.

Module 1

This was a pretty straight forward assignement. I didn't come across any major difficulties.
